Circus Study

Today’s circus is completely different from the ones we enjoyed as children or the ones that our parents and grandparents remember. For the most part, the cotton candy, sequined outfits and trained elephants are gone.

Although circus art can be spectacular, it is much less popular than theatre, music or dance. Not everyone realises that becoming a juggler, clown or acrobat requires years of sustained work, training and sacrifice. However, the biggest challenge seems to be combining these skills with career planning and management in order to turn a passion into a fulfilling and rewarding professional life.

How will we remember today’s circus? There are many reasons to create these memories and build a contemporary image of the circus together.
